High Efficiency and Economical CNC Gear Hobbing Machine
GHKX-400M GHKX-500M
Machine Summary
Based on the principle of generating method, the model GHKX-400M/GHKX-500M series heavy-duty CNC machine are designed to cut cylindrical spur & helical gears, crowning or slightly tapered gears, dual & cluster gears, worm wheels and splines with large module. They are suited for the industries that produce gears in mass production, such as heavy truck, metallurgy, marine, heavy machinery, aviation and lift, etc.
Performance and Feature
1. The model GHKX-400M and GHKX-500M are of 3-axis CNC ones. Their CNC axes: X-axis--radial feed motion; Y-axis--tangential feed motion (or hob shifting motion); Z-axis--axial feed motion.
2. The model GHKX-400 and GHKX-500 are of 2-axis CNC ones. Their CNC axes: X and Z. Each NC axis is controlled by an AC servo-motor, which can move independently or carry out NC axes coordinated control.
3. Multi-square and axial cycles, auto change speed during radial feeding, climb or conventional hobbing.
4. Hobbing at high speed with large feed by multi-start hob.
5. With vertical design, radial feed is carried out by column moving.
6. With symmetric and double-wall constructional bed and circulating slots on bed bottom, the circulating oil ensures stable thermal distributing of the machine.
7. Coolant is cooled by oil chiller to reduce thermal deformation of the machine.
8. Ample rectangle guideways covered with teflon, it has a compact construction and good static & dynamic rigidity.
9. Short and super precision gear train, preload ball screw gearing for axial and radial feed.
10. Super precision rolling bearing for hob spindle ensures the capacity of powerful and high speed cutting, the cutting speed of the coated hob is up to 120m/min.
11. Adopt large diameter gearing with one-tooth difference to eliminate clearance and ensure good rigidity and consistent accuracy.
12. With auto hob shifting, auto arbor locking functions, and auto-locking nut device for quick-change hob.
13. Super precision and large rolling bearing for worktable.
14. Super precision double-worm gearing to eliminate clearance and adjust damp.
15. Clamping cylinder to conveniently hold the workpiece.
16. Equipped with standard RS232 interface to conveniently call program from outside computer.
17. Suspended operating station, hand hold unit for easy operation and maintenance.
18. Imported frequncy transformer for spindle to adjust cutting speed strplessly.
19. Separated hydraulic, lubrication and cooling systems.
